At Bare Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Window

You may return eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Returns requested after 15 days cannot be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Precision Glow Facial Epilator: For health and hygiene reasons, no returns can be accepted on the Precision Glow facial epilator once the order has been placed. As this device comes into direct contact with the face and skin, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on this product to ensure the safety and well-being of all our customers.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale or clearance items marked as final sale cannot be returned unless defective.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If your Precision Glow device or any other product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund for defective items, including return shipping costs.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return on eligible items, please contact us from our contact us page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

7. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. The Precision Glow facial epilator is not eligible for exchange.

8. International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs or import fees. Refunds will not include original shipping charges for international orders.

9. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, if the order has already been processed or shipped, our standard return policy applies.
